Underwear and Intimate Apparel

For hygienic reasons, we can only accept returns or exchanges on underwear and intimate apparel if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Once the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to meet the criteria, a refund or exchange will be processed.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for a new one at no additional cost.

  • Please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery to report the issue.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the defect, and photos of the item for faster processing.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used items: Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used.
  • Gift cards: All sales of gift cards are final and non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at returns@huskyunderground.ca Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and details about the item you'd like to return or exchange.

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
